Established in 1994 in Panzano in Chianti, Bar Sieni has always prided itself of using original and traditional Tuscan recipes for its ‘cantuccini’ (traditional almond biscuits), schiacciate alla Fiorentina (sponge cake Florentine style) and the ‘panello’ with grapes and figs; and more sophisticated recipes namely wedding cakes, cupcakes, ceremonial and anniversary cakes, sugar coated (frosted) or American style spatulated cakes.
Our focus lies in respecting and preserving our traditions, whilst always looking to improve and keep up with new techniques by attending specialised courses, which over 20 years had enabled us to continuously increase the products we offer and our clientele too, whom with enthusiasm continue to show us their faith.
