Bar Pasticceria Sieni is continuously looking for the best quality base products and uses the latest available professional appliances, but without altering those unbeatable traditional recipes and methods.
The assortment of produce that Bar Pasticceria Sieni now has is unrivalled and ranges from the traditional Tuscan recipes like frittelle, cenci, schiacciata con uva to all types of self-rising produce including of course the famous panettone (traditional Christmas cake) and ‘colombe’ (traditional Easter cake), fresh pastries both sweet and savoury, along with a wide variety of dried biscuits. Without forgetting of course our homemade ice cream which we make by only using natural products and no artificial colouring nor preservatives. A few examples of flavours are pistachio and hazelnut all of which are bought as whole fruit and which are toasted and processed on our premises.
Particular attention is given to the production of our wedding cakes, including American style wedding cakes, along with our anniversary and ceremonial cakes, both traditional style and sugar coated (frosted).
The future bride and groom are assisted every step of the way; from the choice of the wedding cake to a free tasting, from the delivery to the best positioning of the cake on location and if needed we will also train and/or assist you with the slicing of the cake too!
Deliveries are made to both Florence and Siena and their respective provinces and can be made both during the day or in the evening.
